Mobilizing America’s Defense Engine (MADE) is a dynamic new national consortium created to meet requirements for a response to a US Department of Labor (USDOL) “Pay-for-Performance” grant opportunity. Upon potential award, partners will work together to create new and expand existing USDOL Registered Apprenticeships to rapidly skill and scale our Shipbuilding, Defense and Submarine Industrial Base workforce.
Desired partners are current and potential Registered Apprenticeship Program Sponsors, Labor Unions, Group Sponsors (Intermediaries), Related Instruction providers, Employer Associations, Small Businesses who want to distinguish their training as a Registered Apprenticeship Program, and other stakeholders. Please note that MADE partners are not prohibited from participating in other consortia.
If you share our vision of a stronger, more highly skilled American workforce, and have an interest in becoming a MADE consortium partner and/or would like to learn more, please complete the information below before March 27, 2026.
