BSBP is a public agency within the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO) responsible for the administration of Michigan’s public vocational rehabilitation program. BSBP is funded 78.7% with USDOE-RSA Title I federal funds, and 21.3% with state and local funds.
